3:15 and wide awake 

So Wednesday night you want to sleep but you can’t. Is it too much on the brain or just plan thing where you’ve had a nap after work or even could it be isnomia. Who knows what is going to happen? 

So you try and sleep but nothing happens so in the end you talk to someone else who can’t get sleep also. So there’s two losses there and a point to the sleep master.
